We run out of Frankston. Frankston, Seaford, Langwarrin and Carrum Downs are usually inside the hour for genuine emergencies; Mornington, Mount Eliza and Mount Martha within the morning or afternoon block; further down toward Rosebud and beyond, we'll give you a straight time on the phone — and if someone closer can get there sooner, we'll tell you that too.
A big share of Peninsula emergency calls are for houses nobody's at — the neighbour smells burning, the agent gets a tripped-alarm call, the family arrives Friday to no hot water. We coordinate access through key holders and agents and report back with photos, so you don't need to drive down to stand in the driveway.

Anything involving burning smells, smoke, sparks, exposed or damaged cabling, water in the switchboard, shocks from appliances or taps, or a total loss of power when neighbours still have theirs. If in doubt, isolate the circuit and call, it costs nothing to ask.
Turn off the main switch if it’s safe to reach, keep people and pets away from the area, don’t touch damaged cable or wet fittings, and don’t keep resetting a breaker that won’t stay on. If there’s fire or a fallen powerline, call 000 first.
A standard call-out is $220–$350 inc GST, which covers travel and initial time on site diagnosing the fault. Any repair is priced and approved before we do it. No surprises on the invoice.
Our standard hours are Mon–Fri 7am–5pm with Saturdays by arrangement. For genuine emergencies outside those hours, call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can attend or whether you need a 24/7 service, we won’t leave you guessing.
Quick check: if your neighbours are also out, it’s a network outage and your distributor (United Energy on the Peninsula) is the one to call. If only your place is out, the fault is on your side and that’s us.
Our call-out covers urgency during business hours, we don’t inflate hourly rates because you’re in trouble. After-hours attendance is quoted before we commit so you always know the cost.
