Questions we get asked
How quickly can you come out?
Quoting visits are usually within the same week. Anything genuinely unsafe — no power, a burning smell, exposed wiring — ring us and we'll tell you straight away when we can be there, including after hours.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not for quoted work. Service and fault-finding calls are $220–$350, which covers travel and the first stretch of time on site.
Can you quote from photos?
Often, yes. Text a photo to 0495 105 784 — the switchboard with the cover open, or the spot you want the work done — and we'll give you a ballpark. The fixed price comes once we've seen it properly.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. REC 32391, searchable on the Energy Safe Victoria register, and fully insured. Every job finishes with a Certificate of Electrical Safety.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula daily, and across South East Melbourne. If you're not sure you're in range, ring and ask — we travel further for bigger jobs.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Rental electrical safety checks with a compliance report, and anything found is quoted on the spot. From 13 October 2026 every Victorian rental agreement needs the two-yearly check.
